Zenaya operates out of our family home located on the gorgeous Northern Beaches of Sydney. Blessed to call Garigal country home.

We do not yet have the option to try our pieces in person. We know how helpful it is to be able to see and experience things in real life, so we are hoping to have our own pop up stalls a few times per year. To stay up to date on when this is happening, follow our Instagram @zenaya_gifts

You can add notes at the checkout and specify which items belong to box 1, and which belong to box 2 etc, or alternatively you can place two separate orders.

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship gifts to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address. Alternatively, we can ship them all to your home for you to gift in person.

Of course! We love handwriting on cards for your gifts. At the checkout please leave your message in the notes section and we will choose a beautiful cards to write your words of love on.

Of course! We’d love to help you gift something that will be treasured for years to come. Please message us on Instagram @zenaya_gifts to chat. We will ask you a few questions about who the gift is for, how old they are, what their passions and hobbies are, and from there we will provide some suggestions. 

Of course! Whether you are buying for yourself, or for a loved one, we’re more than happy to help you decide. Whether you’re stuck between different products, or the finer details like colour and scent options, we’re happy to provide some personal insight into each product, based on your needs, desires and intentions.

If you’d like to see more photos of a product, please message us on Instagram @zenaya_gifts and we will happily share some gorgeous photos to give you a better feel for the product. We often share “try on” videos via our Instagram stories if you’d like to follow along. We are always happy to answer questions too.

If you have received a gift and it’s not quite right, and would prefer not to tell the person who gifted the piece to you, please email us and we can arrange for an exchange or store credit.

If you’d like to add something to your order, please send us an email as soon as possible and we will try our best to accomodate your request.

We do not yet have Afterpay, but we’d love to hear from you if it’s something you would like. AfterPay does take quite a large cut of each payment, which as a small business is why we have held off on offering this method for the time being.

Upon dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Please follow the prompts to track your order.
