All orders are shipped from the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and are processed and packed within 48 hours when possible. (This excludes made to order pieces). Please understand I am a one woman team. Upon dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on clothing (excluding underwear) and jewellery (excluding earrings). Sale items are non-refundable. We are happy to return or exchange select items within 7 days of delivery.
