All orders are shipped from the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and are processed and packed within 48 hours when possible. Note: this excludes made to order pieces. Please understand I am a one woman team. Upon dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Metro: 3-10 business days. Flat rate below 5kg: $12

Rural:  3-16 business days. Flat rate below 5kg: $12

Items over 5kg will be calculated at the checkout and charged according to weight.

EXPRESS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Metro: 1-4 business days. Flat rate below 5kg: $16

Rural: 3-6 business days. Flat rate below 5kg: $16

Items over 5kg will be calculated at the checkout and charged according to weight.
Please note: we do not ship outside Australia.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on clothing (excluding underwear) and jewellery (excluding earrings). Sale items are non-refundable. We are happy to return or exchange select items within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us hello@zenaya.com.au if you wish to return an item. All items must be as new, unused, and kept in their original condition & packaging. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Zenaya is not liable for goods that may be lost in shipping.

If you wish to exchange an item, the best way to do this is to return your item and then purchase what you wish in a new/seperate order.
